Hello, I am experiencing the same challenges as mentioned by previous posters. Will there be an update coming soon so that all our photos are not lost?

This is my this 3rd. Post. App 2.0 (updated 5/14/2018) still not functioning on my iPad Air 2. Nothing happens, the main screen comes up and then the app closes. I don’t want to delete the app and reinstall it cause I’ll lose all my data. Please provide support.

I updated the app on my iPhoneX as there was a new version and it keeps crashing and doesn’t open any longer. Also the app doesn’t sort based on date and time and is randomly organised which is very very bad. Trying to add a picture via camera roll take it to the top of the camera roll instead of the bottom, I need to keep scrolling down to go the latest picture I want to add to my vault which is very very annoying and time taking. Can anyone look at this please.

I can’t access my pics on photo vault since the last update more than one month ago. At the moment of launching, the app crash and close. Can you help me ? I was using iOS 10 but I’m just update for the iOS 11.4 and even with that the problem is still the same.
I agree with the above posters. Everyone is locked out from their photos and for many of us this app is the only place we have some of these memories. When will a fix be available? Is there any way to get Apple involved in this?
The thumbnails do not match the pictures/videos that they are supposed to represent. I cannot transfer any videos from the vault, all that gets transferred is the thumbnail
It is now July 5 well over two months having an issue in which I cannot access my photos any longer. I was told not to delete the app which I have not however I noticed the app is still not working for me. Has there been any progress on fixing this app? I would really like to know because it's getting very frustrating not to access any of my pictures especially from my grandmother so that's very aggravating. I would really like to know what you intend to do to fix the situation. Thank you.

I followed the tutorial but instead of going to com.red.msf I found all of my files at net.twinbit.photovault. from there open up the documents folder, then the items folder and from there you should see all your previous folders and inside them all your pictures. from there you can export the folders with the pictures in them and you're all set
I downloaded iExplore and followed all steps but when I opened the app the folder was empty. Does this mean my photos are gone or is there something else I can try?

The app is not opening please fix it because I have videos and pictures I won’t be able to get back if it doesn’t open. I have the 6s plus but ever since I updated it last year, it didn’t open anymore. So the app has just been on my phone because I didn’t want to delete the app and redownload it and not get my pics and vids back.
It has been several months you assholes, you’re not working on shit. I had several precious pictures and videos in your shit app and now I can’t access them at all. All of these People are within their rights to sue your ass especially the customers that paid for this awful app. Like how the fuck is this even legal.
